2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (KJV)

When you accepted Christ into your heart and chose to live for him, he set you on the path to lead a holy and righteous life. There are those people from your past who will choose to tempt you, mock you, and refuse to believe someone like you can change. They, like the sin you stepped out of are a shadow of your past. Remember, People will see your sin, God will see you redeemed.
